Weekly Newsletter Week commencing 12th March 2018
Hope all the mums out there had a lovely “Mother’s Day” on Sunday and liked the card that your child made for you.
Last week we were talking about objects in our environment, identifying them and talking about what they are used for and why we need them. This week we will be throwing, catching and kicking balls outside and we will be talking to the children about their favourite sport and what they do at home, if they go to any clubs for example football, or ballet.
As Easter is approaching, the children will have the opportunity to make an Easter band hat on the Friday that we break up (Friday 23rd March). We are going to have a non uniform week that week (week beginning 19th March). Miss Taylor is going to make a huge picture of an Easter egg and we ask that every child will bring in £1 for the Easter bunny and we will then get them to put their photo on the Easter egg and hopefully the Easter bunny will bring them something yummy.
We break up for Easter on Friday 23rd March for 2 weeks and return on Monday 9th April for the summer term.
We will visit the library for the children to choose a different book on Monday and PE is on Friday.
Thank you for your co-operation. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask me or any of the Staffs.
